Safety is the priority of our project. Two lifeguards will be watching the swimmers all the time during the trial. The participants will have a buoy and, at night, a light that attracts attention. The participanrs will swim in neoprene foams for protection against low temperatures. The doctor will measure the pressure of the participants and assess his overall health bydeciding whether to continue the challenge or rest each time, both before entering the water and after leaving it. There will be high-calorie food, specialist drinks and drip, in case of dehydration on the board. All services will be informed about the expedition, both on the Polish and Swedish sides. The participants of the Cross Baltic Challenge will be insured.
