Players invited to the project will be provided with additional endurance training. Trainings will allow their bodies to prepare for the enormous effort that the Cross Baltic Challenge will require. In addition to standard swimming trainings, which take place twice a week in our club, additional swimming pool training and a specially set up cycle of functional and general development training will be provided for the participants.
Camp- August 7, 2017
The first attempt to face the Baltic Sea took place on August 7, 2017, during a special grouping. The competitors could see how their bodies cope with staying in cool water, waving and monotonous, long-lasting effort. The cruise took place in the open sea and lasted about 8 hours.
